While walking through the main entrance of our home, you are immediately invited by the super cool concrete flooring, natural wood plank wall that extends from the floor to the ceiling, the 1st Floor Living Area with an extended outdoor balcony / patio space for sunbathing and dining alfresco. Also offered on our 1st Floor is Our Kids Bunk Room with its own ensuite full bathroom! In the first floor living Area, there is a massive Chaise Lounge Sectional Sofa that will easily accommodate all of the Kids. Adjacent from the sofa is a wall mounted 55” Flat Screen TV that offers a DVR for all of the kid's favorite shows along with a full selection of cable channels. Also offered within the living area is a Kitchenette! Set up with an under counter mini refrigerator, sink and an ice maker, along with a few dishes for the kids so they don’t have to walk upstairs to grab a snack for on the go. In the Kid’s Bunk room, we have 2 Twin over Queen Bunks, which comfortably sleeps 6 Children. Directly across from the beds is a 65” Flat Screen TV offering a full selection of cable channels. The full ensuite bath offers a bathtub perfect for bathing the little ones, along with a shower. Speaking of showers...If you decide you would like to wash your beach sand off prior to coming inside, you will also find our Private Screened Shower located adjacent to the living area.
One of the most unique amenities our home offers is our very spacious elevator, which is instantly there to greet you so you may easily access and transport your vacation items to all three levels of our home. If you prefer to take the stairs, you will find yourself in awe while walking up the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd level, admiring the beautiful wood floors with stair railing decorated in metals and wood accents. Taking you to the 2nd floor of Hotel California, you may access by way of stairs or elevator! All 3 King Suite Guest Bedrooms along with the Master Bedroom and Laundry, are located on this floor. Immediately taking you to our Master Bathroom, (this is my favorite room in the house), I would like to point out our MASSIVE Walk-in shower that offers 2 shower heads and a stand alone double ended tub! That’s correct, this is all located within the shower...it’s pretty darn cool! Also offered in our master bathroom is a beautiful double sink vanity with designer light fixtures. As you enter the Master Bedroom, you are greeted by a beautiful Four Poster King Bed along with beautiful designer decor. Each bedroom offers a King Bed with luxurious bedding to ensure you ‘Sleep like a Driftwood Log’ and full ensuite bathrooms that are decorated with natural woods, metals and designer tile. Our Master Bedroom offers a 65" Flat Screen TV & all 3 King Suite Guest Bedrooms offer 55” Flat Screen TVs. All of which include a full selection of cable channels to choose from.
Now to the 3rd Floor, where the PANORAMIC VIEWS of the OCEAN take your breath away! Which of course, you may conveniently access by way of stairs and/or elevator. This lovely open floor plan truly is the heart of the home. From our ceramic surfaced Chef’s Kitchen that provides bar seating for 7, opening up to the Dining Area that provides Seating for an additional 10 and our Living area...all while soaking in the ambience offered by the cozy fireplace, this truly allows the entire family to mingle in comfort and style! Oh yeah, and don't forget...the Stunning Panoramic OCEAN VIEWS are just a step off of the living area and onto our massive balcony!
As we journey onto the balcony, you are invited by our PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS along with ample seating / dining space, perfect for entertaining all of your friends and family while on vacation! Featuring a gas grill, 2 Tables with seating for 8, 3 Sunbathing Lounge Chairs and outdoor sofa and chairs which offers additional seating for 6! Going back inside...The Living Area offers stunning OCEAN VIEWS, seating for 10 and a 70” Flat Screen TV with a full selection of cable channels to choose from along with a SONOS surround sound system, so you may listen to your favorite tunes or turn up while watching your favorite show / sports channel! Offered throughout the entire property is of course, the highest speed internet possible.

You will find BeeBy the Sea is the quintessential luxury vacation home on 30A, Florida! First floor: Offering a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and dining for 4. As you walk through the space, the kitchen opens up to the Half Bath, Living Area and Balcony. Our balcony offers Dining Alfresco for 6 while enjoying our stunning OCEAN Views! You will find our open concept Kitchen, Living and Balcony space is an ideal space for entertaining. Living Area offers a full selection of cable channels along with accommodations to seat up to 6 guests!
Second floor: Our Master Bedroom offers a private balcony with 2 lounge chairs ideal for sunbathing while taking in the ocean views! Down the hall is the 2nd King Suite. Both bedrooms are king master suites with full ensuite bathrooms, offering luxurious bed linens, spa quality towels and sustainably sourced bathroom amenities. Laundry is located in the hallway closet offering a Washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Steamer!

Our cozy 2.5 Bath Pet-Friendly home is a short 1 minute walk to the BEACH. Located near Rosemary Beach however, surrounded by untouched Sand Dunes and our secluded beach and Camp Helen State Park. This beautifully furnished, clean & comfortable townhouse. Complex is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. We have undated with new kitchen with granite counter tops all new appliances. New bathrooms, new carpet, and beautifully redone all three private decks. We are just one unit back from gulf front. The sunsets are breathtaking from the 35 foot private deck overlooking the ocean. This is a quiet area, no crowds, with pristine white beaches and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. There is a new walkover that takes you only 2 - 3 minutes to walk to the most beautiful, secluded area of The Beaches of South Walton.
