With such a variety of 30A cottages and 30A vacation rental homes, our new Home Highlight series is a way to dive deeper into some of our unique properties. In this installment, we’re visiting Old Seagrove Beach for a closer look at The Perfect View, a stunning 30A vacation home with an extensive list of amazing features like a private gazebo overlooking the beach! With five bedrooms (10 beds) and three bathrooms, it’s a superb place for a family 30A vacay or a group getaway.

The Perfect View

Affectionately called “The Perfect View,” 5 Hinton Drive is a dream location, directly on the beach overlooking the ocean. Old Seagrove Beach is a cozy, laid-back community and this oceanfront home has the same classic, Florida cottage vibe throughout. The Perfect View is one of LovetoStay 30A’s newest properties and a particular delight because of the right-on-the-beach ocean views.

With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it’s a spacious home suitable to accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. The Perfect View is ideal for multiple families so bring along the fam or friends for an epic 30A beach vacation!

Before we explore the inside of this beautiful home, we have to mention the highlight: The Gazebo. This space will quickly become your favorite. The private gazebo overlooks the entire beach and ocean. You can access the gazebo via a private staircase from your backyard straight down to the beach! We like to say, “If you were any closer, you’d be waking up in the sand.” Besides the obvious benefits like a captivating view, the convenience can’t be overstated. No need to drive to the beach, fight to find parking or wait for a beach tram to pick you up and drop you off. No need to lug heavy beach gear on long treks. Tired of the sun and need to cool down? Just take the private staircase back to the home for an afternoon nap or quick bite. It can’t be beat!

Since we’ve looked at the exterior rear of the house, let’s travel around the front and come in the primary entrance of the home. On the main entrance porch there’s also a charcoal grill and alfresco dining for six. Let’s move to the front door. As soon as you open the door, you’ll be welcomed by ocean views directly through the kitchen and Florida room windows. The home has two wings: a bedroom wing and the main living area.

Living Area Wing

In the main living area, there are two living areas, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table with seating for nine. Next to the kitchen is the Florida room with panoramic views and two dining tables to seat an additional 10 guests. The Perfect Views has total dining seating for 19 for plenty of space to entertain the whole family. The first living area opens up directly into the kitchen and has seating for seven on sofas and armchairs with a coffee table in the center. It’s a great place for the family to hang out while meals are prepared in the kitchen.

The second living area is next to the first, but this space has windows on every wall for blue ocean views and bright Florida sunshine. The natural lighting sets the mood for family fun time, watching movies on the 55” flat screen TV or playing cards at the eight-seat car table. Right off this living area is the patio with seating for four.

Bedroom Wing

At the end of the hallway in the bedroom wing is the Master Bedroom, with original terrazzo flooring, a King Size bed and a full ensuite bath. There’s also a small workspace, perfect for a laptop, with two sitting chairs and a private entrance. The Master Bedroom also has a private AC so you can make your space the perfect temp.

In the Kid’s Zone of the house are two bedrooms adjacent to one another. Between the two rooms there are: three Twin Sized Beds, one Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed, one Twin Trundle Bed and one Queen Bed. Original terrazzo flooring, a 50” flat screen, walk-in closet, one private AC in each room and a private entrance complete this area.

In the second King Master Suite, you’ll find a full ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet large enough to set up a pack and play or travel cradle. The last bedroom is the Queen Suite with a reach-in closet. Each room has its own private AC unit and controls. The Kid’s Zone and Queen Bedroom share the Hallway Bathroom.

The Perfect View vacation home also has a full-sized washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
