Our cozy 2.5 Bath Pet-Friendly home is a short 1 minute walk to the BEACH. Located near Rosemary Beach however, surrounded by untouched Sand Dunes, our secluded beach and Camp Helen State Park.

***BARRIER FENCE INSTALLED TO PROTECT THE DUNES DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOME. THERE ARE SEVERAL  6' CHAIN LINK FENCES AND A SEA WALL THAT EXTENDS THE ENTIRE SPAN OF THE DUNES (DIRECTLY NORTH OF OUR HOME). THERE ARE CONSTRUCTION TRUCKS THAT DRIVE THROUGH ON THE SAND DUNES, WHICH MAKES QUITE A BIT OF NOISE. PLEASE EXPECT TO FEEL THE VIBRATIONS FROM THE TRUCKS WHEN DRIVING BY, AS THEY ARE DRIVING RIGHT NEXT TO OUR (SEVERAL FEET AWAY AT MOST). THE FENCES AND CONSTRUCTION OBSTRUCT THE OCEAN VIEWS FROM OUR HOME FROM BOTH THE LIVING AREA AND MASTER BEDROOM. THERE ARE SEVERAL TEAMS WORKING ON THIS PROJECT WITH SEVERAL TRUCKS. CONSTRUCTION TAKING PLACE IN NEIGHBORING NORTH AND WEST LOTS, SCHEDULED TO BEGIN JUNE 1, 2020. CONSTRUCTION HOURS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7:00AM - 7:00PM CST (SOMETIMES ON SATURDAYS).***

ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS STILL ONLY A 1 MINUTE WALK FROM OUR HOME! PHOTOS UPDATED TO REFLECT FENCE AND CONSTRUCTION NEARBY. EVERYTHING ELSE PERTAINING TO OUR HOME AND 30A AREA REMAINS THE SAME AND IS JUST AS BEAUTIFUL AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS (FOR THE INTERIOR OF OUR HOME)***

Offering a fully equipped kitchen with a massive island that offers dining for 6, ideal for the entire family to gather around to play games, puzzles or even bake you favorite meals. As you walk through the space, the kitchen opens up to the Half Bath, Living Area and Balcony. Our balcony offers Dining Alfresco for 6 while enjoying our stunning OCEAN Views! You will find our open concept Kitchen, Living and Balcony space is an ideal space for entertaining. Living Area offers a full selection of dish channels along with accommodations to seat up to 6 guests! Laundry is located just off the kitchen and half bath, offering a Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board!

Second Floor of Our Home

Our Master Bedroom offers a private balcony with 6 lounge chairs ideal for sunbathing while taking in the ocean views! Down the hall is the 2nd Suite, offering 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin over Twin Bunk. Both bedrooms offer full ensuite bathrooms with luxurious bed linens, spa quality towels and sustainably sourced bathroom amenities. Accommodating up to a total of 6 Guests!

A total of 2 Parking Spaces are provided in the carport. Also located in our carport area is our Grill area, (6) Backpack Beach Chairs, (1) Beach Wagon and (1) Beach Umbrellas!

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.
