Comfortably vacations up to 14 Guests with Stunning Panoramic OCEAN VIEWS, a 2 minute walk to Inlet Beach Access and 2 minute bike ride to all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment 30A has to offer. You will find our amenity rich vacation home is your next vacation destination. We Welcome You to our Hotel California of Inlet Beach!The SpaceDriving up to Hotel California with beach signs everywhere, you may notice there are only 5 other homes located within this quaint and charming community. Offering a community pool shared amongst the 6 homes, the sound of the ocean and the smell of ocean salt in the air greets you. As you pull up, you may park in the Right (EAST) Garage, or on the brick paver driveways; accommodating up to a total of 4 Vehicles!

The Space

While walking through the main entrance of our home, you are immediately invited by the super cool concrete flooring, natural wood plank wall that extends from the floor to the ceiling, the 1st Floor Living Area with an extended outdoor balcony / patio space for sunbathing and dining alfresco. Also offered on our 1st Floor is Our Kids Bunk Room with its own ensuite full bathroom! In the first floor living Area, there is a massive Chaise Lounge Sectional Sofa that will easily accommodate all of the Kids. Adjacent from the sofa is a wall mounted 55” Flat Screen TV that offers a DVR for all of the kid's favorite shows along with a full selection of cable channels. Also offered within the living area is a Kitchenette! Set up with an under counter mini refrigerator, sink and an ice maker, along with a few dishes for the kids so they don’t have to walk upstairs to grab a snack for on the go. In the Kid’s Bunk room, we have 2 Twin over Queen Bunks, which comfortably sleeps 6 Children. Directly across from the beds is a 65” Flat Screen TV offering a full selection of cable channels. The full ensuite bath offers a bathtub perfect for bathing the little ones, along with a shower. Speaking of showers...If you decide you would like to wash your beach sand off prior to coming inside, you will also find our Private Screened Shower located adjacent to the living area. This shower is so massive, all of the children would probably be able to shower all at once...Less time washing beach sand off, more time enjoying the beach! ;-)

One of the most unique amenities our home offers is our very spacious elevator, which is instantly there to greet you so you may easily access and transport your vacation items to all three levels of our home. If you prefer to take the stairs, you will find yourself in awe while walking up the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd level, admiring the beautiful wood floors with stair railing decorated in metals and wood accents.

Taking you to the 2nd floor of Hotel California, you may access by way of stairs or elevator! All 3 King Suite Guest Bedrooms along with the Master Bedroom and Laundry, are located on this floor. Immediately taking you to our Master Bathroom, (this is my favorite room in the house), I would like to point out our MASSIVE Walk-in shower that offers 2 shower heads and a stand alone double ended tub! That’s correct, this is all located within the shower...it’s pretty darn cool! Also offered in our master bathroom is a beautiful double sink vanity with designer light fixtures. As you enter the Master Bedroom, you are greeted by a beautiful Four Poster King Bed along with beautiful designer decor. Each bedroom offers a King Bed with luxurious bedding to ensure you ‘Sleep like a Driftwood Log’ and full ensuite bathrooms that are decorated with natural woods, metals and designer tile.  Our Master Bedroom offers a 65" Flat Screen TV & all 3 King Suite Guest Bedrooms offer 55” Flat Screen TVs. All of which include a full selection of cable channels to choose from.

Now to the 3rd Floor, where the PANORAMIC VIEWS of the OCEAN take your breath away! Which of course, you may conveniently access by way of stairs and/or elevator. This lovely open floor plan truly is the heart of the home. From our ceramic surfaced Chef’s Kitchen that provides bar seating for 7, opening up to the Dining Area that provides Seating for an additional 10 and our Living area...all while soaking in the ambience offered by the cozy fireplace, this truly allows the entire family to mingle in comfort and style! Oh yeah, and don't forget...the Stunning Panoramic OCEAN VIEWS are just a step off of the living area and onto our massive balcony!

As we journey onto the balcony, you are invited by our PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS along with ample seating / dining space, perfect for entertaining all of your friends and family while on vacation! Featuring a gas grill, 2 Tables with seating for 8, 3 Sunbathing Lounge Chairs and outdoor sofa and chairs which offers additional seating for 6! Going back inside...The Living Area offers stunning OCEAN VIEWS, seating for 10 and a 70” Flat Screen TV with a full selection of cable channels to choose from along with a SONOS surround sound system, so you may listen to your favorite tunes or turn up while watching your favorite show / sports channel! Offered throughout the entire property is of course, the highest speed internet possible.

Guest Access
To ensure an enriched / full guest experience, you will have full access to our PANORAMIC VIEWS of the OCEAN, all 3 Levels of our Home, Both Garages, Our Community Pool, Grill, and of course, to the beach access located just a couple minute's walk away!

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.

PETS / ANIMALS: PETS nor ANIMALS are permitted. Neither pets nor animals shall be allowed at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of entire rental payment.
