Discover Flip Flops and Pop Tops… nestled between Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach.  This gem is a delightful way for families and friends to enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast.  Our home comfortably vacations 14 (or up to 10 adults) with freshly renovated marble kitchen, marble bathrooms and a 3rd floor queen bunk room for sleeping eight.  You’ll feel like home with our unique specialty decor all throughout the interior and exterior of the home. Most importantly, you’ll be just steps from the 12,000 sf pool and the emerald water gulf coast of Seacrest Beach (with free tram service available during season).

The Space

As you drive up to Flip Flops and Pop Tops, you’ll be delighted to see that our home uniquely stands apart from the others in Seacrest Beach, as it offers a total of 3 parking spaces. Offering 1 Garage parking space, 1 parking space on the parking pad behind the garage along with 1 additional parking space under the shade of decade-old palm trees. Now that you have parked your cars, we are ready to walk over to the let’s go!

After inputting your guest code into the keyless entry, you’re ready to step inside!

Our  first floor offers a King Suite, Full Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area, and 2 porches with ample seating space and grilling!

The first floor king suite has a 50” flat screen TV offering a full selection of cable channels, luxurious bedding to ensure you ‘sleep like a driftwood log’ & a walk in closet with ample space.  Leading from the king suite is a uniquely handcrafted sliding barn door that opens up to our 1st floor bathroom. Tastefully designed with marble throughout, glass shower doors, beautiful champagne gold fixtures and spa-worthy towels and amenities!  Leading from the bathroom and across the hall is a large closet where we offer 8 beach towels, umbrellas for any not so sunny days, board games, books and extra storage for all of your on the go vacation must-haves!

Walking up the hallway, toward the Kitchen / Living / Dining Area, you will find the best part of this entire layout is you feel completely connected to the rest of your family.  With this thoughtfully laid out open floor plan, you’ll enjoy conversation and connection. Our newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials needed to whip up a meal for your entire family all the way to a blended smoothie for on the go! The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, under-counter ice-maker, oversized refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and amazon alexa smart speaker! The dining area offers seating for 6 at the dining table and another seating for 6 at our Breakfast bar! Or, if you prefer to take your meal outside, you may open up the french doors leading to the front porch, where you will find additional seating for 4! Now stepping into the living area, set your eyes on our super cozy sofa from Restoration Hardware...Definitely a sofa you can sink right into! In our living area, we offer a 55” Flat Screen TV with a full selection of cable channels.

Now that you have a good feel for the 1st floor, let’s journey on up to the 2nd floor where you will find 2 more king master suites and laundry centrally located in the hallway.

In each king master suite we offer a reach in closet with plenty of storage for all of your vacation clothes, 50” flat screen TV, offering a full selection of cable channels and luxurious bedding. To top it all off, each King suite offers a full en-suite bathroom featuring marble tile throughout, glass shower doors, champagne gold fixtures and spa-worthy towels and amenities!

As you head up to the 3rd floor... parent’s this makes for the perfect KIDS ZONE - or the ideal sleep-over party room!  Walking in, you are immediately drawn to our custom built queen over queen bunk beds! Across from each bunk bed is a 50” Flat Screen TV, 1 of which is connected to an XBox gaming console with 4 controllers and 1 headset! The other TV offers a roku, enabling the access of your own streaming services! Across from the bunk beds, you will find an amazingly large walk in closet, in which you will find a mini refrigerator, how cool is that?! The roomy 3rd floor en-suite bathroom features a triple sink vanity so there’s room for everyone to wash up at the same time, a bathtub for bathing young and old and a massive walk in shower, all decorated in marble tile and chrome fixtures throughout. If this space isn’t unique enough, let us wow you a little more with our 10 x 10 3rd floor private balcony.

As you exit the house back to the bikes, grill or other amenities, you will see a private outdoor shower located just beneath the stairs leading to the carriage house… perfect for washing off all the beach sand! Going up the stairs to the main entry porch, you will find there is a 4 burner propane grill, conveniently located right near the kitchen!

Offered throughout the entire property is of course, the highest speed internet possible in Seacrest Beach.

Guest Access
To ensure an enriched / full guest experience, you will have full access to our House, Garage, 4 Bikes, 4 Backpack Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Wagon, Outdoor shower, Grill, all Main House Balconies / Porches, Community Private Beach, Tram Service and of course, our 12,000 sq. ft. Community Pool!

Our Neighborhood
48 Surfer Lane is located on a large quiet corner lot about a 4 minute walk to the 12,000 sq. ft. Seacrest community pool and includes an on-demand beach shuttle during the Spring and Summer seasons.

Nearby dining and shopping is available, as is beach chair service, grocery delivery, bike rentals, and other convenient concierge services.

Grocery delivery offered by instacart! Download the app and sign up so you may order your groceries and have them delivered before you even arrive. This way you have more time to enjoy your vacation!

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.

MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years old.
