Our 2 King Master Suite, 2 Bed / 2.5 Bath home is a short 1 minute walk to the BEACH. Located near Rosemary Beach however, surrounded by untouched Sand Dunes, our secluded beach and Camp Helen State Park. You will find BeeBy the Sea is the quintessential luxury vacation home on 30A, Florida!

***We do want to let you know that there will be construction occurring between the home and the ocean, as well as the surrounding area. Regarding the view, you will always have an unobstructed gulf view directly in front of the unit and to the east overlooking Camp Helen State Park because there is nothing being built directly in front of this unit.  We don’t know exactly what the noise will be like during your stay as the work is not consistent.  That would be a risk that would be assumed by any of our guests staying on the property during the period of construction. This is a vibrant, growing community with new construction of multi-million dollar homes surrounding our unit. We are happy to speak with you by phone to answer any questions regarding construction in the area prior to booking.

ACCESS TO THE BEACH IS STILL ONLY A 3 1/2 MINUTE WALK FROM OUR HOME VIA THE BOARDWALK (SEE PICTURES)!  EVERYTHING ELSE PERTAINING TO OUR HOME AND 30A AREA REMAINS THE SAME AND IS JUST AS BEAUTIFUL AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS (FOR THE INTERIOR OF OUR HOME)***

First Floor of Our Home

Offering a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and dining for 4. As you walk through the space, the kitchen opens up to the Half Bath, Living Area and Balcony. Our balcony offers Dining Alfresco for 6 while enjoying our stunning OCEAN Views! You will find our open concept Kitchen, Living and Balcony space is an ideal space for entertaining. Living Area offers a full selection of cable channels along with accommodations to seat up to 6 guests!

Second Floor of Our Home

Our Master Bedroom offers a private balcony with 2 lounge chairs ideal for sunbathing while taking in the ocean views! Down the hall is the 2nd King Suite. Both bedrooms are king  master suites with full ensuite bathrooms, offering luxurious bed linens, spa quality towels and sustainably sourced bathroom amenities. Laundry is located in the hallway closet offering a Washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Steamer!

Ground Level of our Home

A total of 2 Parking Spaces are provided in the carport. Also located in our carport area is our Grill area, (2) Adult Bikes, (4) Backpack Beach Chairs and (2) Beach Umbrellas!

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.

PETS / ANIMALS: PETS nor ANIMALS are permitted. Neither pets nor animals shall be allowed at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of entire rental payment.
