THERE ARE CONSTRUCTION TRUCKS THAT DRIVE THROUGH ON THE SAND DUNES, WHICH MAKES QUITE A BIT OF NOISE. PLEASE EXPECT TO FEEL THE VIBRATIONS FROM THE TRUCKS WHEN DRIVING BY, AS THEY ARE DRIVING RIGHT NEXT TO OUR (SEVERAL FEET AWAY AT MOST). THE FENCES AND CONSTRUCTION OBSTRUCT THE OCEAN VIEWS FROM OUR HOME FROM BOTH THE LIVING AREA AND MASTER BEDROOM. THERE ARE SEVERAL TEAMS WORKING ON THIS PROJECT WITH SEVERAL TRUCKS. CONSTRUCTION TAKING PLACE IN NEIGHBORING NORTH AND WEST LOTS, SCHEDULED TO BEGIN JUNE 1, 2020. CONSTRUCTION HOURS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7:00AM - 7:00PM CST (SOMETIMES ON SATURDAYS).***

Our Master Bedroom offers a private balcony with 2 lounge chairs ideal for sunbathing while taking in the ocean views! Down the hall is the 2nd King Suite. Both bedrooms are king master suites with full ensuite bathrooms, offering luxurious bed linens, spa quality towels and sustainably sourced bathroom amenities. Laundry is located in the hallway closet offering a Washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Steamer!
Ground Level of our Home
A total of 2 Parking Spaces are provided in the carport. Also located in our carport area is our Grill area, (2) Adult Bikes, (4) Backpack Beach Chairs and (2) Beach Umbrellas!
SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.
PETS / ANIMALS: PETS nor ANIMALS are permitted. Neither pets nor animals shall be allowed at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of entire rental payment.
