This property sleeps two and boasts stunning Gulf views (no guests allowed under 25 years old). 50 steps from our white sand, Emerald Coast beaches, the property is also across the street from Cobia Reef, a thriving artificial reef located just off the coast. Take a paddleboard or kayak out for a self-guided tour or book a local guided tour to explore the cornucopia of marine life here. Return to BeeBy the Dunes to take advantage of the community pool and other amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen.

The Space

As you enter into the main living space, you’ll find yourself in the heart of the home: living room, dining area and kitchen. Comfortable couch seating, flat screen TV with Cable and high speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo promise to make your stay more enjoyable. The fully-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. Through the sliding glass doors in the living room, you’ll find the balcony which offers beautiful ocean views, perfect to enjoy alongside a cup of coffee in the morning. Inside the King Master Suite, you’ll find a comfortable bed with luxurious high-quality bedding.

This location is the best of both worlds – views of the ocean all while being close to the charming local restaurants and boutiques. Included in your stay are two adult bikes. PETS / ANIMALS: PETS nor ANIMALS are permitted. Neither pets nor animals shall be allowed at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of entire rental payment.‍
